CRPNA COUNCIL MEETINGS

All CRPNA members and members of the public are welcome to attend regular meetings of Provincial Council.

RESERVE YOUR SEAT

Seating is limited and available by reservation on a first-come, first-serve basis and should be arranged at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Complimentary continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch are provided to observers with a reserved seat.

Once you have reserved your seat, there will be meeting information, that you need to know prior to the meeting, emailed to you.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The CRPNA office opens at 8:30 am and the meeting starts at 9:00 am. Please register with reception upon arrival.

Please be seated in the meeting room no later than 8:55 am and five minutes before the meeting reconvenes from each break.

A copy of the CRPNA Council meeting package will be available inside the Provincial Council meeting room.

To minimize disturbances please remain seated and turn your mobile devices to silent.

Cameras and Audio Equipment

Cameras and video cameras are not permitted in the Provincial Council meeting room, except with special permission.

Observer Participation

Observers are not to interfere with the CRPNA Council meeting, engage in, debate, or make public statements during the meeting, except during an Open Forum session.
